If I could give this company zero stars I absolutely would. We rented a jogging stroller and a few other items from this company. The high chairs were very old and the baby gates were falling apart (the rubber stoppers were no longer on the gates and they caused some damage to the walls). The jogging stroller was definitely a lesser quality than ours at home, but it worked fine. The stroller was delivered to the back porch of the home we were renting on the day of our arrival. When we left, we put the stroller back in the identical spot and left at 5am. The company never asked when we would be leaving or asked us to leave the stroller in a different location than where it was delivered nor were there any instructions attached to the items upon delivery.
Had a wonderful time at rosemary and was able to get around easily with these. If you're shopping for some bike rentals check these guys out!
Great customer care and very flexible.
The next day, I received a call from the "director," Tanner and proceeded to have an 18 minute discussion in which he told me the stroller was no longer there when they went to pick it up and implied that I was lying about leaving it there. I am 110% sure that I saw the bright green stroller in the exact same spot the morning we left. He then told me that he would be charging me a $75 - $200 fee for them to "look for it." I explained that we left it where they had dropped it off and we were not given any other instructions for pick up. He said we could have left it in the home since they have keys to all the houses (which honestly seems odd to me) so I could have left it in there. I explained that had they put it in there or asked me to leave it inside, I definitely would have also left it inside. I would also have been willing to drop it at their facility had I been asked to. He then implied that I was lying about seeing the stroller the morning of our departure saying many guests had said similar things and then the stroller was found in a different location. I explained that generally a good customer service practice did not involve accusing the customer. I also told him that if there were theft issues in Rosemary Beach perhaps they needed to change their company practices and not leave their rental items in public areas, but as a visitor I was not familiar with these local problems and therefore should not be responsible. He proceeded to argue with me for 18 minutes talking over me the entire time. When I also called him out on this he then argued that I had done the same, I admitted that I had, but explained that I was very upset after being accused of lying and I am the CUSTOMER! He said he had not used the words "lie" (just implied) but that many of their customers had "lied" and as a result they cannot and do not keep a "customer is always right" policy for the business. I asked to speak the the owners of the company and he told me that they had hired him to be their "director" and would not tell me their names. I will of course attempt to reach out to the owners because I feel they need to know how their "director" is treating their customers. We will definitely not be using this company again and we actively discourage anyone else from renting from them.

They need a better process for delivery and give expected delivery times. We had wanted to start our day early , but sat waiting until after 10:30 am. If you are wanting to make the most of time, pick up your own bike from the shop
